Full-stack Development Team Lead

As the Full-stack Development Team Lead in our Tools team, you’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that empower our engineering, marketing and other teams to work smarter and more effectively. With a tech stack that includes JavaScript, Python, Next.js, Jira, and GitLab, you’ll lead by example — streamlining processes, fostering innovation, and driving high standards. If you’re passionate about removing obstacles, guiding growth, and transforming complex challenges into impactful, user-friendly tools, then we’d love to see you lead the way.

If you want to:

  • Empower the automation developers team by setting them up for success, providing clear guidance and expectations, and actively removing obstacles;
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement;
  • Oversee sprint planning and monitor team progress to ensure team goals are achieved;
  • Engage with stakeholders to discuss business solutions and suggest alternatives;
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and ensure best practices are followed;
  • Participate in the hiring of new talent and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding.

  • Proven experience leading a team of software engineers;
  • Strong background in software development, preferably front-end;
  • Knowledge of best software engineering practices;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
